Kristy brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, client service, business development, and leadership. Her career has spanned healthcare, nonprofit leadership, and business development, giving her a broad perspective on building relationships, leading teams, and serving others with professionalism and care. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations grow by improving processes, delivering exceptional service, and earning the trust of clients and colleagues.

Kristy earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Leadership from Shorter College. Serving others has always been an important part of her personal and professional life, and she finds the greatest fulfillment in helping people feel supported, valued, and well cared for.
